Grove City Vision Center

I have always went to America's Best for exams & glasses just because I guess it was the place I had heard of most often and they were in network with my insurance but since I have had a switch in insurance, I had to find a different provider. I work in Grove City and am there often so when I saw that this office was in network with my insurance, I decided to make an appointment. The booking process was so easy and user friendly. They made sure to text me a few days after to make sure I was still okay with the date & time and sent me all the intake documents to my email so that those could all be filled out prior to my appointment. When I got there, I was taken back and it was explained to me that there would be a student doctor who would be seeing me first, doing my exam, etc. and then the doctor would come in afterwards to basically just confirm her findings. No issues at all. We all have to learn somehow. The student doctor was SO knowledgeable. I was really impressed with her and she explained everything to me so well. I wish I remembered her name! Dr. Hall came in after and confirmed everything that had been told to me and made me feel comfortable with all the information that I was receiving because it was kind of a lot. Then when I was ready to pick my frames, the staff up front were phenomenal. She took her time going over my benefits so that I understood exactly what would be covered and what I would be responsible for. I picked a few frames and she went and did the math on every single one so I knew exactly what I would be paying out-the-door for each one so that I could make an informed decision. I didn't feel pressured or rushed and she was extremely helpful in the decision I ultimately did end up making. I can't recommend this office more. If you are local to the area and they are in-network with your vision insurance, make the appointment! I don't think you will be disappointed. I can't wait to be able to see normally again!

I just had my first visit with this office after having gone to Vision Works for the last few years; I will never go back to Vision Works after this experience. The office staff is so extremely friendly and supportive of your needs or questions. They helped me understand what my benefits cover and the different options they had available. It felt more like a medical visit than someone trying to sell you something, which was my biggest pain point with vision works. My visit only took 20 minutes, even with getting a dilated retinal exam. I was able to talk with the optician about my current concerns and the options that would best help with those concerns. They even helped me adjust my eye glasses perfectly based on the issues I described. I can’t wait to get my new Rx sunglasses and see how much they help with my light sensitivity I have been experiencing very recently. Overall, this office is a breath of fresh air and they truly care about the patient experience and engaging patients in their care as a participant rather than an observer.

All of the staff is nice and professional. My wife went before me and recommended Grove City Vision Center to me. I will also recommend them anyone else as well!

I was concerned about an eye injury and usually go to Brad at Delaware Vision. I was looking for something closer to home and my husband said Brad went to school with a doctor here in town. Dr. Miller at Grove City Vision was quick, efficient and thorough. He also recommended a preservative free eye drop regimen for relief of thickening cells at the injury site. I'm already noticing a difference and eye comfort has been restored. Will definitely return to practice for future service.
